What we liked
- + Cleans and adds a hydrophobic layer in a single spray-on, wipe-off step, so it is quick to use.
- + Listing describes streak-free cleaning with water beading for better driving visibility.
- + From Rain-X, a well-known windshield brand, at under $8.
Trade-offs
- - A combined cleaner and repellent, so it is lighter duty than a dedicated glass treatment that is applied and cured.
- - Listing gives no durability figure, so reapplication timing is unknown.
